To upgrade to the latest version of Titanium Internet Security, watch a video tutorial or follow the steps below:

Download the Titanium Internet Security 2013 installer and save it on your desktop.

Double-click the installer to run it.

Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.

Wait for the installation to extract the files needed for installing Titanium 2013.

Click Yes when prompted to remove the old program version.

Click Restart Now when prompted to restart your computer.

After restarting, the installation will continue. 

Type your serial number and click Next.

Read the terms of the License Agreement and click Agree and Install.

Wait as the program installs, this may take a couple of minutes.

Click Finish.

You will see the main console of your Titanium program.

Your Titanium program, by default, automatically downloads the updates for you. It constantly checks online for security updates to stop new threats every 3 hours. These are then applied on your program s modules to improve its performance. To manually get these updates, choose your program version below:

To manually download the program updates, do the following:

Open the main console of your Titanium program. Do any of the following:

Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your desktop.

Double-click the Trend Micro system tray icon.

Click. then select About.

The program will connect to the server, then check for available updates.

Note: You may receive a notification that your Trend Micro Titanium program is turned off after downloading updates. This is because the Trend Micro Titanium program needs to restart to apply the changes from the downloaded update. 

Click Close once the download is complete.

Once the download is complete, you will receive the following notification.
